Shipping Range

  • Countries: We currently ship within Guernsey only.

Shipping Costs

  • Within Guernsey: Free shipping on all orders.
  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Last Order Time: 17:00 London Time
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time:  7 business days from final approval
  • Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
  • Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
  • Total Delivery Time: It will take a total of 10 business days to receive your order.
  • Holiday / Peak Season Delays: During peak periods (eg: Christmas, Easter, etc), delivery times may be longer. Check out website for updates.

Missing Items Procedure

  • Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via hello@wilsonandthyme.com
  • Resolution: Missing item claims will be investigated within 3 business days. If confirmed, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within 5 business days.
